We all understand how important it is for our children to learn how to behave in a safe way and feel safe both off and on line. The pupils at Lawn learn about E-safety through assemblies, the use of Purple Mash lessons, PSHE curriculum and during Internet Safety Week. Last week the children learnt more about this vital topic through visitors to school and activities in class. Some pupils had a talk delivered by a parent of the school who works in this field and others had a theatre group and workshops. Talking to the children it was clear that they understood how to keep themselves safe at an age appropriately level and how they have a voice, to speak out if the see or hear something that they do not feel comfortable with.
