  • Leadership in action!

Mon 21 Nov 2022 Karen Hambleton

Some days our children just amaze us!! Myself and Mrs Hallam were working in our office when two incredible year 6 pupils came to visit. They were concerned that less confident footballers may not be able to have the same experience as more confident when they are running their own games at lunch time. I was about to suggest to them that they could sit down and try to find a solution to the problem....but they already had. So and assembly, led by them is planned, ensuring that they 'train' the children while making sure they reference our values. In addition a staff member has been approached to lead on a training session to develop the children's knowledge on the complexities of the rules! #leadership #citizenship #democracy #empathy #respect #initiative
