LAWN BELONGING STATEMENT

At Lawn Primary School, we ensure that everybody belongs by valuing the individuality of all members of our school community, whilst having a shared ethos based on our Lawn, Trust and British values. Our school policies and curriculum ensure that equity and non-discrimination are central to this ethos. We expect all members of our school community to show respect to each other and we will challenge any language or behaviour that does not adhere to our Lawn, Trust and British values.

Diversity, Equality and Inclusion are fundamental rights and at Lawn we do all we can to promote and respect these values. We have a Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging team who lead on this across school which includes a number of leaders, a cross section of the school staff, parental representation and pupil representation.
