We constantly look at the ways in which to improve the experience our children have at Lawn.

Headline Key Priorities for 2018-19
Develop and review writing across the school so attainment and progress is higher.
To evaluate the curriculum to ensure breadth, balance, enrichment and creativity, impacting positively on pupils’ outcomes.
Outcomes for SEND and PP children to rise including the number of children exceeding progress and combined for maths, reading and writing.
Review behaviour systems in school including the use of sanctions and rewards.
The number of unauthorised absences will decrease including those persistent absences.
Strengthen the Attachment Aware and Trauma Informed provision within school.
To review and develop the mental health, wellbeing and PSHE provision in school.
To embed a devolved and sustainable system of leadership at all levels, including the use of coaching.
